These Terms of Service govern your use of reviewcardsaus.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Review Cards Aus ("we", "us", "our"), ABN 55 307 400 828, a sole trader business operating in Australia. By placing an order or using this Site, you agree to these terms.
We sell NFC-enabled tap-to-review tags and stands designed to link customers directly to a business's Google Review page. Products are supplied blank/unprogrammed unless otherwise stated on the product listing — the purchasing business is responsible for programming their own review link onto the tag using the method described in our setup instructions.
Orders are processed through our Shopify store and fulfilled via a dropship partner. Estimated shipping times will be shown at checkout and on the product page. While we take care to provide accurate estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control (customs, carrier delays, etc).
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and/or Afterpay. We do not store your full payment card details.
You are responsible for programming the correct Google Review link (or other supported link) onto your tag or stand, and for testing that it works with your customers' devices before relying on it in-store. We are not liable for lost sales or reviews resulting from an incorrectly programmed tag.
All content on this Site — including logos, product photography, and copy — is owned by Review Cards Aus and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Review Cards Aus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, including lost business, lost reviews, or lost revenue. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Review Cards Aus (ABN 55 307 400 828) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
We share the minimum necessary data with: Shopify (our ecommerce platform), our payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay), our order fulfilment/dropship partner (to ship your product), Klaviyo (email marketing, opt-in only), Google Analytics (site analytics), and Loox (review collection). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Our Site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and measure Site performance. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features of the Site may not work as intended.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing us (see Contact below). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send.
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges. Please choose carefully before ordering.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. To make a claim, contact us at hello@reviewcardsaus.com with your order number and a description (and photo, if applicable) of the issue, and we'll resolve it promptly.
